What is Pansilio?
Pancilio is a coined word that is a variation of the Italian word "pinseria."
A cafe that serves Italian pizza is called a pinceria, and when I saw all the customers there eating pizza with smiles on their faces, I thought, ``I want to open a wonderful cafe like this!'' ” With that in mind, I changed the word ``pi'' in pinseria to ``pa'' in parfait, making it more French, and as a result, the name Pancilio was born.
Pansilio offers new parfaits to everyone that are not bound by conventional concepts.

It is one of the classic Christmas songs, and it was played in the movie #HomeAlone, so I think many people know it in Japan.
This song was actually arranged by a Ukrainian priest based on a Ukrainian folk song.
The lyrics are: "The sound of Christmas bells brings joy and happiness, and good words are everywhere. The sound of the bells echoes through the hills and valleys, and the people sing joyful songs of Christmas." .The sound of the bell continues to deliver joyful tones into our homes.”
For each parfait, we will donate 50 yen to support children and families suffering from the conflict in Ukraine.
This shop was started with the aim of bringing smiles to the faces of those who eat our parfaits, but we believe that if we can make someone even happier by having them eat the happiest Christmas parfait, we can spread even more smiles. I decided to do some activities.

The autumn parfait made with grilled apples and Arabian spice sweets is back!
The theme is Scheherazade, the narrator of the Arabian Nights.
Scheherazade was an intelligent and courageous woman who risked her life every night to tell stories in order to stop the king's foolishness.
I came up with the idea that I wanted to make a roasted apple parfait, and since apples are the fruit of wisdom, I decided to make a parfait named after her.
Inspired by "Princess Nurennahar and the Beautiful Witch" told in the Arabian Nights, this is a tribute to the princess.
