What is Pansilio?
Pancilio is a coined word that is a variation of the Italian word "pinseria."
A cafe that serves Italian pizza is called a pinceria, and when I saw all the customers there eating pizza with smiles on their faces, I thought, ``I want to open a wonderful cafe like this!'' ” With that in mind, I changed the word ``pi'' in pinseria to ``pa'' in parfait, making it more French, and as a result, the name Pancilio was born.
Pansilio offers new parfaits to everyone that are not bound by conventional concepts.

Packed with plenty of autumn ingredients, you can enjoy a variety of autumn flavors in one parfait.
Starting with a sweet seedless grape called pione, the flavors change to include candied chestnuts, caramelized pears, sweet potatoes, and Mont Blanc.
The focus was on the harmony of fruit and cream. We have adjusted the sweetness of the cream and the placement of the fruit so that the fruit has a presence that is as strong as the sweet cream.

The melon rice terraces are made with plenty of ripe red-meat melons and are lined up like rice terraces.
For the red meat melons inspired by autumn, we order melons from Hokkaido.
The pistachio gelato and milk gelato have a refreshing sweetness that complements the melon.
The cheese cream contains special cheesecake and cookies, so you can enjoy the change in texture.
Underneath it is a white wine jelly, and then a kiwi fruit for a refreshing finish.
