When nine types of parfaits are arranged in a 3 x 3 grid, the size is 21 x 21 cm.

The size is perfect for enjoying during the Christmas period, and if you just thaw and eat the cake you want, it will last for a month, so you don't have to worry about it spoiling.

You won't have to worry about getting bored with just one type of cake, and each day will be full of fun.

A palette is a board on which paints are placed. A palette of various colors is beautiful on its own, like a piece of work, and can be enjoyed alone or mixed together.

[What is parfait cake? ]

A parfait cake is different from a normal cake because it has a lot of sweet ingredients inside.

I use catalana or ice pudding instead of the ice cream served at the store. Catalana and ice pudding are handmade. We also have plenty of other ingredients to go into the parfait, such as salted butter sable, strawberry compote, and chocolate gateau.

A parfait cake that allows you to enjoy different flavors as you eat it is perfect as a Christmas reward.
